My camera phone produces neat little videos which quicktime will play, but I’d like to convert them to something a little more universal. Some web browser (Opera for one) get confused by them and web hosts don’t always serve them up correctly, i.e. calling the right helper app. I’d like them to be .avi’s or .mov’s, but I’d also like it to be a pretty simple conversion with free software.
