I’ve been banned by gmail a couple of times thus far and I need a better way to do this. I have my webcam hooked up to the server in my bedroom to take pics and video if it detects motion when I’m not home and to email me the images as soon as they’re created. If a burglar breaks into my room and steals my server, I’ll have pics of the burglar to give to the cops. Or at least, I will if I can email the pics to myself without getting banned by email services. Any email or file hosting ideas are welcome, preferably free. Thus far my bedroom “security system” is totally ghetto-rigged with equipment I already had and hasn’t cost me a dime.

I need a free DNS server that I can have a IP address to enter in for the DNS server just like OpenDNS.com The only difference is I NEED IT to have the feature to REDIRECT websites so when someone would visit www.google.com it would redirect them to www.youtube.com I need this to be done from a free service online because I need to redirect multiple computers from different networks from one website (www.google.com) to another one (www.youtube.com) so when they request google it will automatically send them to youtube. I need it exactly like this I don’t want alternative suggestions because this is an experiment I am trying to do.

Basically I use OpenDNS to block websites and things like that I have their IP for their DNS server on my router and with my account I can modify things, for the PS3 there is a game which opens a web browser but forces you to go to one website I would like to redirect this website to youtube.com since ps3′s browser supports flash, I would also like to have a publicly accesable DNS address so I can send my friends this server so they can put it in their PS3 DNS server setting. Thanks.
THE REASON WHY the redirect HAS to be on an external DNS Server is because the purpose is to actually redirect a video game console which has no way of modifying any sort of host file or setting up a DNS server locally.

And I dont understand why you want to re-direct a www.google.com home page /website hosting its own domain to another domain. I dont think thats anywhere near possible. Unless you do this from a router with DD-WRT firmware or some opensource software for if a user from ip xxxx or subnet mask block /254 goes to www.google.com then redirect to what site you wish.
