I don’t know if I understand your question. But if you have a blog on blogger.com and would like to have a domain name (yourblog.com) you do not need a new host to do this (Blogger is the host).
Now you can’t get a real .com for free, but if you can spare just $ 10 go to http://www.domaincityhosting.com or if you can’t spare $ 10 you can get a fake domain at http://www.co.cc and get yourblog.co.cc for free. Either way you just point the url to your blog.
I’m sorry if that doesn’t answer your question but Blogger hosts blogs for free already.
