I found a free web host that offers unlimited space and bandwidth.
One problem. Files can’t be larger than 512K.
Is there any way to split video files so that it will appear that I have one larger video? (each segment would automatically load and start the next)
I can deal with having “thousands of files”. It doesn’t violate the web hosts T.O.S.
I want a way to seamlessly link these together so they appear to be ONE video. I don’t want my users to have to click on “thousands” of links. Youtube is not an option.

A video split into segments of 512k would be THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of files, potentially; that’s the exact reason why they put that barrier there.
Don’t host the video there; host it from YouTube or a similar service and then embed the video into your page. Problem solved.
