Bilderload – Free Image Hosting – Photo Sharing

The idea behind space is to allow you to upload and store a better quality image. You do want a good quality image but don’t go crazy; you don’t need huge pictures for either a website or to share in an album. I find that jpg files about 250 pixels x 250 work very well.  I thought I would make a couple of suggestions for you to look into as possible online hosts but make sure you look at them before you buy. I like Ipower.com. This ISP is a multipurpose hosting site. It has great resources for you to use and a tremendous amount of room per account and great service either email or live chat and phone support. This is the service that I use myself. I have another hosting site that I just read about called Flick Cabin. This site, as any host site, will allow you to create a path to your eBay auctions, Websites, Picture Albums, and Blogs etc. Apparently the advantage to this site is that it is anonymous. If you don’t want anyone to know who posted the picture I guess this may be the host for you. It also has no maximum file size or bandwidth. That’s all folks. Take a good look around the web and find a good service. The two I suggested are not even the tip of the iceberg just make sure you get the most for your money. Some picture hosting sites are free but if you are looking for an all purpose ISP stay away from the free providers.Professional Photo Labs are now making it easy to host your images online making you more money.Selling additional prints using online image hosting is helping photographers make more money from weddings—it’s like “magic.” Even if you are a “disk only” photographer you too can make 0′s more in photo sales. Here is a little known “secret”—30% of brides who purchase “disk only” wedding coverage do order prints and albums anyway costing 0′s. That additional revenue could easily be yours just by posting the images on the Internet. Statistics also show that people who have attended a wedding will buy “professional” online prints (especially of themselves) if they are shown where to order, and if the cost is reasonable. You need not miss out on this additional revenue anymore. Now, that is an offer you can’t refuse. Not getting the photo sales you want from your internet selling efforts? Read on to find out about these successful techniques to sell photos online.Determine who your customers are from each session or event. Majority of sales will be from wedding guests wanting pictures of themselves with other relatives and friends. Pictures of themselves with the bride and groom are also especially popular. People who could not attend the wedding will buy too.For wedding events, it pays to keep things simple: Images that will sell well are the top twenty shots from the wedding. Some ideas: post one each of your best pose of bride and groom, wedding party, bride’s family with b/g, groom’s family with b/g, overall shot of ceremony, bride and father processional, bride and groom processional, cake with b/g, grandparents, parents and all wedding party girls and guys.
