But, I also thought about selling some other things. I can scrapbook as well, and was considering making greeting/birthday/wedding cards.

I have a few questions, but I think my Dad can answer those when I present the idea to him (and please don’t think when I say I haven’t asked him yet that I’m planning on sneaking it around him lol…because that’s just not gonna happen! xD). But my one MAJOR question, is how exactly do people sell their crafts?
Do they sell them by the singles, and just whoever sees it gets it? Do they take requests (like specific colors/types of beads)? Or do they just make the same bracelets over and over?
I was thinking maybe I could just make them in singles and sell them and also allow people to request their own colors, it just might cost an extra dollar and take me a little longer since it won’t already be made.
Suggestions?
Also any suggestions on starting an online business? I want to start with a free hosting website, like Spruz, but how exactly does the whole money thing work?

I agree with you on selling them in singles and then taking requests. But for requests, I wouldn’t charge them more than a 25¢ extra. Actually, I wouldn’t charge them any extra at all! But if you really want to, then no more than 25¢. You don’t want people to think that you’re overpricing things. As for the website, I think that’s a great idea! You could also make business cards or some kind of flier that has your first and last name, your phone number, email address, and what you sell.
